Among the transformation systems used at COOVER, injection molding is required for the manufacture of plastic containers that require, among other things, greater rigidity and durability. The raw material used in this process is more accessible, which translates into reduced production times and improved responsiveness.

The resistance to heat treatment and pressure inherent in injection-molded containers makes them excellent for withstanding the temperatures required for autoclave pasteurization, heat-sealing, and more.

Among the many benefits of this transformation system is the high degree of customization it supports, which allows us to offer complex geometries and, ultimately, more attractive designs.
